Where does the driver meet me?

In the public arrivals hall, after you clear immigration, collect your bags and pass customs. Drivers wait in the meeting area holding a name sign, on the far side of the doors from the baggage hall, which is passengers-only. International arrivals come out at Terminal A and domestic ones at Terminal C, so your confirmation will name the right building. As with any airport ride, ignore anyone who approaches you inside the hall offering an unbooked car — your driver has your name and expects you, and there is no need to accept a kerbside offer.
